Cooper S.A. was founded in Athens, Greece in 1947 by the joint venture of a Greek pharmacist and a French doctor. The company is specialised in manufacturing Eye Drops and Ear Drops, as well as Antibiotics and IV solutions. It aims to establish itself as a dynamic pharmaceutical production unit while developing partnerships with major companies in the fields of both medicine and medical devices. In the Human Resources Department of the production house is continually provided training in the context of the requirements of GMPs and ISO 9001:2000 to ensure maximum productivity and optimum product quality. Cooper SA has all the necessary facilities to ensure optimum production conditions following the requirements of the Rules of Good Production Process (GMP). The Greek National Medicines Agency has granted permission to COOPER SA to produce pharmaceutical products for human use as its production facilities meet all the legal requirements (national and European).
